Paul DeLong

Paul DeLong is President and CEO of car2go N.A., LLC. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer, a role he assumed in May 2009. In this capacity, Mr. DeLong was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of car2go’s Sales and Marketing plans in North America.

In this role, Mr. DeLong was integral to the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across North America since car2go North America was developed in Austin, Texas. With over ten years of experience, Mr. DeLong has a diverse background within sales and marketing, assuming a variety of roles for Daimler Trucks North America in Redford, Michigan, and Freightliner LLC in Dallas, Texas and Willoughby, Ohio.

Prior to joining Daimler in 1998, Mr. Delong acquired retail and fleet management experience working for Enterprise-Rent-A-Car in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

Mr. DeLong was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from the Ohio University. He currently resides in the Austin, Texas area with his wife Cindy and his two children.
