Chairman and Co-Founder, Home Instead Senior Care

Paul Hogan founded Home Instead Senior Care with his wife Lori in 1994. Today, the franchise network has grown into the largest senior care business of its kind in the world

Paul, who served as a delegate to the White House Conference on Aging, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and currently serves as chairman of the advisory council for the university’s Center for Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he serves as a founding board member of The Home Instead Senior Care Foundation and the National Private Duty Association, and was a founding member of the Nebraska chapter of the Young Entrepreneur Organization

The Hogans co-authored the best-selling Stages of Senior Care (McGraw-Hill) in 2009 and are donating their proceeds from sales to the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation, which provides financial support to non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors.

In 2010, Hogan joined the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Ageing and in 2012 was named Vice Chairman. Additionally, Home Instead Senior Care joined the World Economic Forum as a Global Growth Company Partner.
