Paul Pardi has taught philosophy at Seattle Pacific University and Green River Community College for more than 10 years. He has taught dozens of classes and seminars in churches and conferences across the country with titles like "What is Religious Knowledge" and "The New Atheism." His blog, Philosophy News Service isn't just for philosophers but for anyone interested in thinking more deeply about the world and beyond. He’s currently writing a series of essays on reason and religion in light of the New Atheist movement.

In his role as professor, Paul has taught classes in metaphysics, ancient philosophy, early modern thought, logic and worldview development and focuses most of his research on religious epistemology (knowledge about God and religion).

Paul has been a member of the American Philosophical Association and the Society of Christian Philosophers and has a graduate degree in philosophy from Biola University. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife, three kids and a Yorkshire Terrier named Linus.
