Peter Chiarchiaro, Head of Wellness at Next Jump, is changing the definition and meaning of work

Peter Chiarchiaro, Head of Wellness at Next Jump, graduated with a BA in economics. At 21, he had a full time offer to join the largest bank in the world as an investment banker. Sensing the toxic nature of corporate culture, Peter rejected Wall Street and turned to his passion, personal training. Peter went on to become one of the best trainers in NYC, recognized in top publications for his work improving the lives of his clients. In 2014, Peter stopped training to join Next Jump, a multi-billion e-commerce marketplace. Now Peter and Next Jump work together to change the toxic nature of work. They are featured in the new book, An Everyone Culture, from Harvard Business Review Press, where they work to make your job the place you go to become healthier: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Peter is referred to as "Peter Chica" by his friends and resides in Brooklyn.
