Phil McDonnell is the Co-Founder of CoupFlip, a daily deals marketplace. Previously, Phil spent five years at Google as a Senior Software Engineer where he developed Personalized Search and designed algorithms behind Google's search ranking. He has also worked with Microsoft, .406 Ventures and the Boston Consulting Group.
Phil holds a BS in Computer Science from U of Washington and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
