Piyush Tewari is the Founder and President of SaveLIFE Foundation, a non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on improving road safety and emergency medical care in India. He is championing the development of a strong national road safety law for India and currently expanding SaveLIFE's award-winning model of emergency care, which trains, connects and mobilizes citizen volunteers and police officers to the aid of injured victims well before formal care is available. He is an Ashoka Fellow, an Echoing Green Fellow and a Rolex Laureate.
