Pontish Yeramyan has dedicated her life to individuals and organizations making a difference in the world and going beyond the limits of what they see possible. Ms. Yeramyan is the CEO and founder of Gap International, a global management consulting company whose purpose is transforming organizations, transforming the world. For over 30 years, Ms. Yeramyan has worked with CEOs of FORTUNE and Global 500 companies in leading major growth initiatives that change the trajectory of performance. She created groundbreaking programs in organizational alignment and leveraging the genius of people. She has brought innovative thinking to leadership through her consulting and coaching. More recently Ms. Yeramyan has been a contributing writer to BusinessWeek.com, Forbes.com and the Huffington Post. Ms. Yeramyan's dedication to making a difference has extended to consulting with the Commissioner and executive team of the Delaware’s State Prison System as well as the Diocese of the Armenian Church. She is a major contributor to the Hunger Project, a global organization committed to ending world hunger, and received the Corporate Vision Award from Girls Inc in 2006. She serves on the Board of Directors for FAR, a non-profit organization that is committed to making life brighter through the long-term economic growth and social development of Armenia. In 2012 Ms. Yeramyan was a mentor in the Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership. Before starting Gap International, Ms. Yeramyan was instrumental in establishing the English as a Second Language Department at Temple University and later consulted family-held businesses through The Wharton Applied Research Center. Ms. Yeramyan received a B.A. in psychology and linguistics from Barnard College of Columbia University and an M.A. in linguistics from Michigan State University.
