Priscilla Takondwa Semphere

Student, in and out of the classroom.

Priscilla Takondwa Semphere was born and raised in Malawi and lived in South Africa for two years at the African Leadership Academy in South Africa before attending Smith College. She was also a 2013 Global Teen Leader with Three Dot Dash, as well as a Spring 2014 scholar at Watson University. She is a children's book author and a budding postcolonial theory enthusiast who is interested in leveraging the latter to make international connections in social justice. Currently a student of the Study of Women & Gender and African Studies, Priscilla is always energized by being around people who are passionate about showing up as their most authentic selves and intentionally affecting the world around them to bring equity, justice, and love.
