In 2015, Stephan became a Director of Social Media & Fashion Journalism at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In his role at Academy, Stephan oversees the first-ever accredited Fashion Journalism program in the United States, and Academy's Social Media Center.
Since 2009, he also manages RABIMOV - a full-service pr, marketing and communications company, specializing in global fashion market entry activities, successfully launching Thom Browne and Custo Barcelona in Russia.
Stephan's work experience covers Fashion Journalism, Social Media, Marketing, Publishing, Digital Strategy, Public Relations and Content Development for such clients as Nicola Formichetti, Pierre Cardin, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Russia, Vancouver Fashion Week, Fashion Art Toronto, BOFFO Foundation, Hornet, South Korean Art Show, FourTwoNine and L'Officiel Central Asia magazines, among others. Stephan graduated from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in 2006 with Masters of International Affairs; he also holds M.A. in Mathematics (2004) from Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
