Rachael O'Meara

Rachael O’Meara lives in San Francisco and currently works in sales at Google. Rachael took a three month pause in 2011 which was her first step to learn more about how to recharge and hop on her incredible journey of self-discovery. Rachael is currently authoring her book, Pause, to help others give themselves permission to take a time out or recharge in order to excel in the next area of life.

Prior to Google Rachael worked at DoubleClick in New York City and France Telecom. Rachael studied at University at Albany and received her MBA at Fordham University. Rachael is a former US national rowing champion and she is a current graduate student at the Wright Graduate University, Chicago, enrolled in the Transformational Leadership and Coaching Certificate program.
