Rachel Dempsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Literature from Yale University in 2009. With her mother, Professor Joan C. Williams, she is the co-author of the upcoming book What Works for Women at Work, on strategies professional women can use for dealing with gender bias. She has blogged for Amnesty International, and her posts with Joan have been published at the Huffington Post, Psychology Today, and Harvard Business Review blogs. Rachel is currently a student Yale Law School.
