Currently, as the President of Rachel Laser LLC (rachellaser.com), I am advising a wide range of clients (including nonprofits, law firms, government entities, public and parochial schools, houses of worship and community centers) on bridging racial and cultural divides. My work includes conducting research (such as audits, needs assessments, focus group facilitation and public opinion survey design), running workshops (including on implicit bias and race), guest lecturing, giving speeches and facilitating conversations.
