Rachel Reid is the Open Society Foundation's Advocacy Manager for the Middle East, North Africa, and Southwest Asia. Rachel came to OSF from Human Rights Watch, where she’d been based in Afghanistan as an analyst from 2008 to 2011. Prior to her move into human rights work, Rachel spent more than a decade with the BBC. She graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
