I am passionate about the benefits of hula hooping for physical and mental health. I am a hula hoop instructor and performer, and I manufacture bespoke sparkly adult fitness and dance hula hoops. I teach adults, children, groups with additional needs, family fitness and love a good hula hoop party. Every day is better with lashings and lashings of glitter. I perform around the country as a solo performer, roving walkabout performer, member of the hoophoophoop troupe and have appeared on Children in Need,held a class for contestants on Stripdate, a Channel 5 dating show, and appeared in a national women's magazine. I am blogging about dating, hula hoops, small business, marketing, health, fitness, clothing and whatever else is on my mind - usually books, cats and kids!
