Ramdas Lamb is a professor at the University of Hawai’i, where he teaches comparative religion, religious traditions of India, and contemporary American religion. From 1969-1978, he was a Hindu monk and lived in India. He writes from the perspective of an academic scholar as well as a practitioner.
