Teacher, Writer, Linguist and Author of The Azadi English-Kurdish Dictionary
Rashid Karadaghi is a Kurdish-American living in California. He received his Ph.D. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1971. He is retired now, but has worked as a teacher and translator. He is the author of The Azadi English-Kurdish Dictionary (2006), the most comprehensive English-Kurdish dictionary ever published. He writes articles on the Kurdish issue on the Internet.
