Ray Jordan is Chief Executive of Self Help Africa, an international NGO working through agriculture and enterprise development to end hunger and poverty in sub-Saharan Africa.
An engineer by profession, Mr. Jordan, who is Irish, has been CEO of the organisation for the past eight years.
Previously, he was head of operations at GOAL, an Irish-based international humanitarian charity. He has worked in more than 20 globally, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Honduras, Pakistan and throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
