After many years on a journey, I've found my calling. I launched 70MillionJobs, a for-profit recruitment platform for Americans with criminal records. And yes, I'm one of them.
Every man and woman with a record experiences pain finding a job, a home, even a love life. Yet no one markets any solutions to these existential needs.
Prior to this venture, I co-founded DoYouRemember.com, the Internet's home for nostalgia. I've worked on Wall Street, published a magazine, started one of South Beach's (Miami) most popular nightclubs, and lots in between. I love the Grateful Dead, my two nieces and nephew, a great brother and sister, and search for the perfect slice of pizza. I play guitar, compete in crossword puzzle competitions, and watch stupid reality TV. I've been rich and I've been poor. I'm not sure which is better or worse.
