Rebecca Terrell is a respected non-profit leader and innovative thinker with more than 30 years of experience in non-profit management, reproductive health care, and the arts. She has served as Executive Director of CHOICES since 2009. Ms. Terrell holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Florida State University, and formerly served as Assistant Director for the Center for Research on Women at the University of Memphis.
