Reza spent several years in legal consulting and services. Always the Entrepreneur, he turned his attention to researching and developing revolutionary new products for the stale and unchanging tobacco industry with his new venture, Kaloud, Inc. Kaloud products are now distributed in 27 countries worldwide and have received much acclaim. In addition to his role as founder of Kaloud, Reza is one of only a handful of certified Cloud Artisans in the world—a honor equivalent to that of a Master Sommelier in wine.

Reza takes pride in sharing his philosophy and passion of global entrepreneurship with the communities he touches. As part of his devotion to the cause of fostering Entrepreneurship he founded EO Alchemy, a first of its kind global Entrepreneur’s conference that continues to educate and inspire thousands of Entrepreneurs.
Reza served on the Regional Board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”) from 2010–2012 and the Board of the Los Angeles Chapter from 2008–2012 culminating in serving as President from 2011–2012. During his tenure in EO Reza earned multiple awards of recognition for his service and leadership within the organization.

In addition to his tireless efforts on behalf of entrepreneurs, Reza has worked to raise money for the Clinton Foundation’s Millennium Network and served on the Pro Bono Counsel Panel for the Ventura County Bar Association where he received an award for his unwavering commitment to providing free legal services to low-income individuals. Reza also spends time with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department to educate and inspire at-risk youth. Reza currently serves on the Boards of PAAIA (the Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans) and on the advisory board of the Legacy Foundation (an organization devoted to spreading and celebrating the Entrepreneurial ethos).
