Rhett Larson is an associate professor of law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a senior research fellow at the Morrison Institute of Public Policy. He received his JD from the University of Chicago and an M.Sc. in Water Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Oxford. His research focuses on domestic and international water law and policy.
