Richard Burger is a former journalist and communications consultant who lived in greater China for eight years, including four years in Beijing, where he was en editor for the Chinese newspaper the Global Times. His blog, "The Peking Duck," was one of the first in China. He is the author of Behind the Red Door: Sex in China, the only panoramic exploration of sex in China from ancient times to today.
