Richard Stevens


Richard V. Stevens is a civilian defense attorney who exclusively handles military cases. He has been a military justice practitioner for over 20 years. As an active duty JAG, he served as a base level prosecutor (1995-1997), base level defense counsel (1997-1999), and regional defense counsel (1999-2001). His civilian law practice is solely focused on defending military members within the military justice and military discipline systems.
