Richard Maize

Real Estate Professional, Businessman, Philanthropist

Best known as a real estate mogul, Richard Maize built a well-respected reputation for making astute business investments. Before the age of 30, Maize had already accumulated a thousand apartment units, and now owns properties in 20 states. After founding and liquidating one of the largest banking mortgage companies in the country, Richard continued offering his expertise on television and other media platforms -- often giving real estate and financial advice to the disadvantaged pro bono. A winner of the Mortgage Originators Top Ten National Producers Award for his business acuity, Richard has also garnered numerous community and philanthropic honors, and sits on the boards of the Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, Cedars Sinai Board of Governors and the American Cancer Society. To carry forth his mission towards community service, Maize, along with his wife Rochelle found the Rochelle & Richard Maize Foundation which works with nonprofit organizations and charities to advance the financial, social and educational situations of those in need. With almost 30 years of proven excellence in business and an inherent desire to aid through philanthropic endeavors, Richard Maize is both a valued and distinguished member of his community. He shares his life with his wife Rochelle and their two daughters, Ally and Amanda in Beverly Hills, California.
