Richard serves as the CEO of Traction + Scale LLC. Richard leads investment sourcing and community development. He has spent his career building teams and communities. He is a long time startup community organizer, co-founding NYC Entrepreneur Week bringing together thousands of startups and investors. He previously took a technology public and operated the largest digital property in the UK with 100MM accounts. Richie holds a BS in Finance from Binghamton University and is a WSJ Startup Guru Contributor. In his spare time, he is a yoga and fitness community leader.
