Rebecca Milner is Vice President of Institutional Advancement for International Medical Corps, a Los Angeles-based humanitarian aid group whose programs reach 10 million people a year globally. Under her leadership, International Medical Corps raises $40 million in cash and in-kind support each year. In the course of her work she has spearheaded the development of comprehensive, public-private partnerships with some of the world's largest companies and foundations. She also oversees media outreach and public relations efforts for the group, including coordinating campaigns with celebrity spokespeople and entertainment industry executives. During her career, Milner has served in a variety of communications and fundraising roles generating support for organizations focused on economic development and human rights for women, development and freedom of the press and education. She holds a BA and MPA from American University.
