Robert Cox

Robert is a therapist in the Kansas City, MO area specializing in the treatment of trauma, addictions and autism. He currently teaches the graduate counseling course in addictions as an adjunct professor at MNU and is dedicated to producing a new generation of therapists who are trauma focused and informed. Robert lectures locally and nationally about trauma and autism and produces the podcast "Mindful Recovery", dedicated to mindfulness training for those recovering from addictions and trauma. It can be found on both iPhone and Android platforms. Robert has been working with addictions and autism in one capacity or another for more than twenty years and has been a practitioner of mindfulness for nearly 30 years.
