Robert Forrest is a Stanford University postdoctoral fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation. His research focuses on the role of particle accelerators in the future nuclear fuel cycle, specifically on the feasibility of Accelerator Driven Systems (ADS) in sub-critical reactor designs, as well as accelerators as tools for transmutation of nuclear waste.
