Robert Segal, MD,Co-Founder of LabFinder.com, is a Board Certified Cardiologist and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) as well as an attending cardiologist with his primary affiliation at NYU Medical Center, and North-Shore Lenox Hill Hospital.

With the addition of LabFinder.com, Robert Segal, MD is now not only the founder of two successful medical practices, but also this ground-breaking health technology venture that aims to forever change the medical industry and the way we think about healthcare delivery.

LabFinder.com is a convenient online platform for patients to schedule their laboratory and radiology tests and access test results. LabFinder.com supports the vastly expanding digital healthcare trend, specifically impacting the area of medical diagnostic testing, which has been overlooked until now. With LabFinder.com, Dr. Segal hopes that patients learn to empower themselves through education and are able to take control over their personal healthcare and medical test results.

In 2010 Dr. Segal founded Manhattan Cardiology, a premier facility serving the cardiovascular needs of patients, right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. After growing the business for two years, he launched Medical Offices of Manhattan, providing primary care services to the community. Today, both practices employ over 60 people and cater to the medical needs of over 50,000 patients.

As one of the top heart specialists, he has been awarded the Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctors Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and has been featured as one of New York Magazine’s Best Doctors two years in a row. Highly respected in his field, Dr. Segal has been published in the International Journal of Cardiovascular Diseases, Resuscitation, and other journals. His credentials include board certifications in Nuclear Cardiology by the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC), Echocardiography and Stress Echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) and he is globally recognized in Vascular Disease, as a Registered Physician for Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Dr. Segal completed his residency and chief residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and his cardiovascular fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in 2000.
