Roch Turner is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and AmeriCorps alum. In his current role, Roch oversees workforce programming and development at a small two-year college in western Montana. After earning a master's degree in public administration focusing on public education, he began a doctoral program in international education focusing on service and philanthropy in public education, with the expectation of finishing in the summer of 2016.
