Marmol Radziner

Ron Radziner, FAIA is the design principal of Marmol Radziner, a design-build firm he established with his business partner Leo Marmol, FAIA in West Los Angeles in 1989. Ron leads the design of each project, always with an eye toward unifying interior and exterior spaces and bringing people closer to nature. The firm’s work includes residences, retail boutiques, schools, and childcare centers, in addition to renovation and restoration of works by California’s modern master architects, including Richard Neutra, R. M. Schindler, and John Lautner. Community projects include affordable green housing for the Mountain View Mobile Home Park in Santa Monica, 39 West Special Needs Housing for mentally disabled adults, and Santos Plaza housing for homeless adults with mental illness.

Over the last 20 years, the firm has grown to offer a range of services, including landscape design, interior design, and prefabricated homes. Marmol Radziner Prefab is considered a national leader in the use of modular prefab construction techniques for residential projects. Ron also leads design of the firm’s furniture and jewelry lines, which are produced under his direction at the Marmol Radziner shops in Vernon, California. For his professional work, Ron was elevated to the Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2007 and inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2009.
