Roger H. Brown

President, Berklee College of Music

Roger H. Brown taught math in Kenya and administered United Nations humanitarian operations in Southeast Asia and Africa before founding the early childhood education organization Bright Horizons with his wife Linda Mason. He has served as president of Boston's Berklee College of Music since 2004, presiding over major college expansion and the college's first capital campaign, which surpassed its goal. With a diverse student body representing over 80 countries, and a music industry "who’s who" of alumni that have received 222 Grammy Awards, Berklee is the world’s premier learning lab for the music of today – and tomorrow.
