Roger Ochoa

Roger Ochoa is a lifelong educator. He is the owner/director of Chyten Tutors & Test Preparation in Upper Montclair, N.J. Before launching his business in January 2010, Roger worked as a Senior Editor for Pearson Prentice Hall and as a High School English Teacher in New Rochelle, N.Y. Roger’s interest in education began when he entered the Catholic seminary as a member of the Salesians of Don Bosco in 1990. For the next 8 years, Roger studied to become a Roman Catholic priest with the religious order whose mission is to educate the poor and the young. He is now very happily married. His wife, Jennifer, is a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant, who has twice been named Teacher of the Year in her school district. They are proud parents of 7-year-old twin boys.
