Ron started LeanOnWeafter a 25-year career in international equity markets working for both Lehman Brothers and Barclays. At Barclays, Ron's career at Barclays was cut short by his tragic accident in November of 2011. As the survivor of a head-on crash that left him paralyzed, Ron is someone who needs daily care himself. It was this tragedy that led him to design a far more effective way for families to find, employ and manage experienced and highly recommended caregivers. Lean on We is making an important difference in the lives of people who need caregivers by bridging the gap between word of mouth referrals and using an agency. Ron graduated from Penn with dual degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Science, and holds an MBA from Columbia University. He serves on the boards of several civic and non-profit organizations.
