Ronald L. Kotler, M.D., is cofounder of the Pennsylvania Hospital Sleep Disorders Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He has co-authored two books: "365 Ways to Get a Good Night’s Sleep" and "20 Years Younger."
