Ronaldo Hardy is CEO of Shell Geismar Federal Credit Union, based in Gonzales, Louisiana. Hardy became CEO in November 2011. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2001 at a community bank and joined the credit union movement in 2004 at the La Capitol Federal Credit Union. In early 2011, he was named runner up in the Credit Union Executives Society’s (CUES) nationwide search for the Next Top Credit Union Executive.
