President and CEO, Pro Mujer
Rosario Pérez is based at Pro Mujer's international headquarters in New York City. As president and CEO, Pérez leads the organization's executive team in providing hands-on technical expertise and strategic support to more than 2,000 employees who serve more than 270,000 clients across Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru. She joined Pro Mujer in 2008 following a distinguished 21-year career in private banking, in which she led multinational businesses and teams and executed organizational transformations. Pérez spent more than two decades in a number of senior leadership positions for JPMorgan Chase, becoming the executive in charge of its Latin American private banking division. There, she was responsible for overall client management and financial performance from 1997 to 2005. Pérez oversaw the division's successful execution of the Chase/JPMorgan merger, which included 475 employees in 10 offices worldwide, $30 billion in assets under management, and $280 million in revenue. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Pérez received her Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Universidad de las Américas and a Master of Arts in European history from Yale University.
