Rubén R. Dupertuis is Associate Professor in the Department of Religion and Dircector of the Mellon Initiative for Undergraduate Research in the Arts and Humanities at Trinity University, in San Antonio, Texas. He writes and teaches on early Christian literature, education in the ancient world, and the role of Bible in American Popular culture. He is currently one of the co-organizers of a lecture series and seminar called Reinventing the Bible.
