Formerly a senior editor and corespondent for Reuters, Russ was previously posted in Washington, D.C. and in Singapore where he managed a team covering China's economic boom. Born in southern Ontario, he also enjoyed assignments in Ottawa, San Francisco, and Toronto with Reuters.
