Lara Eisenberg is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®, Certified iRest Teacher®, Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Instructor and Sexuality and Embodiment Coach. She holds dual master degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. She has extensive experience and education in stress management, trauma, addiction, healing and restoring sexual vitality, self-love and awakening the feminine. Lara is the author of the "Trauma Resolution for the Empowered, Awakened Female: Mind/Body Practices for Emotional, Spiritual and Physical Balance" and "Relaxation, Peace and Restoration Over the past 16 years, Lara has worked privately and with schools, non-profits and various organizations as a Bilingual Counselor, Holistic Wellness Professional, Educator, Consultant, Embodiment Coach and Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Lara's mission is to assist females in restoring the natural harmony that exists between mind, body, and spirit, and to deepen their connection to the language of the body, needs, intuition, sexuality and emotions. She believes women need a space to explore their emotional, psychological, spiritual and sexual lives and an absence of any of these aspects of self, can be an impediment to a sound self-esteem and an integrated sense of self as a woman. In her personal life, Lara uses her intense passion for dance as a beautiful form of feminine expression.
