Hi! It's your new friend, Sam! I'm from a small town in Southern Ohio. I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when I was four years old. After waiting four years on the transplant list, I received two beautiful, healthy lungs on April 15, 2015. Because of the selfless act of someone else I've been able to enjoy wonderful life adventures. Marriage, traveling, and being a dog mom to two crazy boys!
