Sara Franklin

Sara Franklin is a freelance writer, oral historian and food systems consultant. Her work focuses on community health issues, rural-urban development channels, and sustainable farming and fishing systems. She has farmed in Massachusetts and New York and has worked with various food, agriculture and anti-poverty organizations in communities across the U.S. as well as in South Africa, Turkey and Brazil. Sara is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
