Sarah Leavitt

Sarah Leavitt is a Canadian writer and cartoonist living in Vancouver, BC. Tangles: A Story About Alzheimer’s, My Mother, and Me, published in the US this month by Skyhorse Publishing, is her first book. Tangles was a finalist for numerous Canadian literary awards, including the 2010 Writers’ Trust of Canada Non-fiction Prize (first graphic narrative to be a finalist in this category), received glowing reviews in The Guardian and other major UK papers, and has won a Kirkus starred review in the US.
