Sasha Lotrian

Sasha Lotrian is a lesbian blogger and gay rights activist in Los Angeles, Calif.

After coming out but being disregarded in the lesbian community for not fitting a particular stereotype, she decided to do something about that. As a femme lesbian who is often accused of “passing” in the straight world, she created a website called Card Carrying Lesbian, where she does her part to educate the public on the many faces of lesbians and how each one is as relevant and valid as the next.

Card Carrying Lesbian is a blog for all things lesbianic, from the butch/femme dynamic to hard-hitting issues such as gay rights, living with bipolar, all the way to the purely jovial and sexy. Lotrian and her team of guest writers make it their mission to create an addictive yet inspirational corner of the web that leaves its readers wanting more as well as wanting to be more.

Lotrian holds degrees in philosophy and communications and is currently working on her Ph.D. in metaphysical theology. With the help of her beautiful wife and two chubby corgis by her side, she believes anything is possible.
