Scott is a comedy writer/performer and member of the sketch group Picnicface. The group broadcast 13 episodes of a self-titled television sketch series on Canada’s Comedy Network in the fall of 2011. He recently co-wrote and co-starred in the film Roller Town, which screened at Slamdance, The Museum of Modern Art, and Fantasia Fest, was released by Warner Brothers in the U.S. and is now streaming on Netflix. He took a lead role in writing the book Picnicface’s Canada, released by Harper Collins in 2011, and has recently completed writing and performing on the 20th season of the Canadian news satire TV show This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Scott was a professional economist at the Canadian Department of Finance and the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council before pursuing comedy full time.
