Seth M.M. Stodder is a partner at the law firm of Obagi & Stodder LLP, and teaches national security law at the University of Southern California Law School. He served in the Bush Administration after 9/11 as Director of Policy and Planning for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and continues to advise the Obama Administration on homeland security, border security, and immigration policy. In 2014, he ran for the California State Senate, 26th District, as an Independent, No Party Preference (NPP) candidate.
