Seth Freeman, J.D is an adjunct Professor of Negotiation & Conflict Management at Columbia Business School and NYU Stern School of Business. He has taught at both for two decades and was nominated as Distinguished Teacher of the Year at Stern in 2010. He is also author of the forthcoming book, The Ready & Able Negotiator: Getting Set for Any Negotiation with ‘I FORESAW IT’, the Breakthrough Planning Tool.

He has also served regularly as a visiting professor of International Negotiation at several programs abroad, including Bordeaux École de Management (BEM) in France, Zhongshan University's Executive MBA program in Guangzhou, China, and Beijing University's Executive MBA program. He has also taught at the World Economic Forum.

Prof. Freeman also serves as an internationally sought-after trainer, speaker, and consultant on negotiations for major organizations such as JPMorganChase, Acumen Fund, KPMG, the New York City Board of Education, KPMG, Pepsi, BanColombia, and several other Fortune 500 corporations, as well as the United Nations (through the International Peace Institute.)

He holds a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a degree in economics from Cornell University
