I help students and grads ace their personal finances

As an experienced educator, I am also skilled at simplifying the complex, sometimes intimidating world of personal finance. I am passionate about guiding students and employees on the path to financial wellness. I co-founded a popular personal financial management course at Harvard that I have taught for the past six years. I have also had the privilege of working with students at The Wharton School (UPenn), Columbia Business School, Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and Hunter College as well as resident physicians at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a contributing writer for Forbes and The Huffington Post, I regularly share financial advice with millions of readers. I am a dynamic speaker and have been invited to present my thought leadership at events such the Consortium on Financing Higher Education’s (COFHE) annual retreat, the U.S. Conference of Mayors, and Paythink's Payment Conference. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with a BA in Economics and earned my MBA from Harvard Business School. I proudly serve on the Board of Directors of the Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU). I am a slightly less proud airline/hotel point junkie as well as a Kilimanjaro summiter and Taco Bell/behavioral economics aficionado.
