Shelly Ibach, SLEEP NUMBER® setting 40, is president and chief executive officer of Select Comfort (NASDAQ: SCSS). The company is the leader in sleep innovation, delivering unparalleled sleep experiences by offering high-quality, innovative sleep products and services.

Select Comfort’s proprietary SleepIQ® technology monitors each individual’s sleep metrics and provides a daily SleepIQ score, giving consumers the knowledge to adjust for their best sleep. The Sleep Number® bed adjusts on each side to an ideal level of firmness, comfort and support – a person’s Sleep Number® setting. With exclusive distribution at more than 490 Sleep Number® stores and at sleepnumber.com, the company provides consumers with a unique retail experience focused on addressing individualized sleep needs.

Select Comfort, based in Minneapolis, in fiscal 2015 had net sales of $1.21 billion. The company employs more than 3,300 people.

Prior to assuming the role of president and chief executive officer in June 2012, Ibach was the company’s chief operating officer. She joined the company in April 2007.

Before joining Select Comfort, Ibach spent more than 20 years in leadership positions at Target Corporation and Macy’s.
