Shelly Ibach, SLEEP NUMBER® setting 40, is president and chief executive officer of Select Comfort (NASDAQ: SCSS). The company is the leader in sleep innovation, delivering unparalleled sleep experiences by offering high-quality, innovative sleep products and services.

Select Comfort’s proprietary SleepIQ® technology monitors each individual’s sleep metrics and provides a daily SleepIQ score, giving consumers the knowledge to adjust for their best sleep. Before joining Select Comfort, Ibach spent more than 20 years in leadership positions at Target Corporation and Macy’s.
