Sidra Bonner, 23, served with Community HealthCorps as a member of the Transitions of Care Team at the Salud Family Health Centers Clinic in Commerce City, Colorado. Sidra graduated from Cornell University. After her year of service she will join the PRIME-US program at University of California-San Francisco, which focuses on the health of urban underserved populations and will allow her to receive her medical degree and Masters of Public Health.
